How To’s: Alternating Kettlebell Swings

Alternating kettlebell swings are another variety of kettlebell swings. They consist of the same exact motion that you would find with kettlebell swings, which include: good squat stance (little wider than shoulders), slight bend in the knees, bending at the hips until your torso is parallel with the floor. However, when you come up and thrust your hips forward, you switch hands at the top. For these, your arms shouldn’t go higher than your shoulders. Let us know how it feels!
