At Home Leg Workout

This weeks workout is an At Home Leg Day.

This workout is sure to get your legs burning and get that heart rate up as well.

Feel free to adjust this workout to your specific needs as everyone is not at the same fitness level.

Workout: Complete 4 Rounds with 35s of work and 15s of rest

Explosive Knee Drives
Elevator Squats
Punching Squat Hold
Saddle Jumps
