Try this quick 1.5 minute core workout. You can do it as many times through as you want, or switch out the moves as you see fit. The ones I’ve included are:
- Rope Climbers
- Russian Twist
- In & Outs
Try your best to keep your abdomen tight and feet up off the ground. There shouldn’t be excessive bend in the back, if any. Try mimicking the movements as closely as possible for best form.
