Cardio Workout (No Equipment Needed)

If you struggle to get in the mood for cardio, try out some of these basic at home, or in the gym cardio workouts. Remember, cardio doesn’t always mean running—mind blowing, I know. Workout 1:

REPEAT AS MANY TIMES AS POSSIBLE IN 4 MINUTES

Burpee x10
Jump Squat x10

REST AS NEEDED

REPEAT AS MANY TIMES AS POSSIBLE IN 4 MINUTES

Mountain Climbers x50
Ice Skaters x15e

REST AS NEEDED

REPEAT AS MANY TIMES AS POSSIBLE IN 4 MINUTES

Push-up x12
Fence Hoppers x20


Workout 2:

REPEAT TWO-TO-THREE TIMES

Jump Lunge/or Speed Squats x 30
Half Burpee x 15

REST AS NEEDED

REPEAT THREE-TO-FOUR TIMES

Prancing Lunges W/ or W/O Dumbbell Bicep Curl x20
Bear Crawl x1 Lap

REST AS NEEDED

REPEAT FOUR-TO-FIVE TIMES

Sit Out x12
Crab Dance x12
