What Kind of Training Can I Get?

Single Custom Workout

A single custom workout is specifically designed based on your requests. If you chose this option, you will receive a single custom workout designed to your preferences for a flat rate of $20.00. You will have access to our video catalog that provides demo’s on how each movement is performed. Plus, if you have any questions you can get in touch with Hailey and I at pretty much any time

Custom Training Package

Custom training packages are specifically designed for each person’s individual needs. we recommend that you try the training package for at least 6 weeks. This is because 6 weeks is an optimal time to start seeing real results in any training program. The prices may vary depending on how long you want to do the training for, but if you have any questions about it feel free to contact us.

How it works:

Basically, we will take it week by week creating a workout plan for each week that way we can adjust as needed. At the end of every week we’ll do a breakdown of how things went (workout, set backs, successes, etc.) and get a game plan together for the following week. As always our video catalog is open to everyone. However, we will do more in depth teaching on how to do movements over our week end breakdown video call and answer any questions you may have. Our goal is simplicity. You don’t have to be a tech guru or exercise genius to do our programs–we make them specifically for you and where you are it physically. Hailey and I are both nationally certified and can handle clients of all ages and conditions.

Just know, we don’t do contracts here. We believe that if you are serious about fitness you don’t need a contract hanging over your head. Getting healthy shouldn’t be something you feel obligated to do, its got to be something you want to do.
