Down with the Illness.

This week has been difficult getting my workout in.  I have been sick with bronchitis and a little asthma.  Its important to give your body time to rest. Working out can lower the immune system, so if you are already immunocompromised from sickness, listen to your body to gauge what you can and can’t do.

I do an additional workout for my leg every day. It is important (most especially) if you've had any kind of orthopedic surgery i.e. my right knee. Also, since I had blood clots all up my leg, the stretching and workout out helps keep blood from pooling & causing swelling.
